About the Jewish Women's Circle:
The Kingsbridge Center of Israel's Jewish Women's Circle is a forum for the women in the community to come together to nourish mind, body, and soul. Each month we will focus on one aspect of our beings, in their connection to the Jewish calendar, cause, or belief.
Join us on a monthly basis as we embark on a journey towards health, friendship, laughter, and growth.
This Month's Connection: Shavuot
This month we celebrate Shavuot- a holiday that celebrates the blossoming of fruit, and the recognition of progress. Guest speaker, Dr. Chaya Gorsetman, an early childhood expert, will facilitate a discussion-based session on how we as parents can alter our perceptions to help us view power struggles and temper tantrums as manifestations of our childrens' growth and progress. Sounds interesting, doesn't it?
And there will be cheesecake! So don't miss it!
Cheesecake & Power Struggles
